LG4 EXPAT Warehouse Manager-Job Code: 600530 or 310435 Warehouse Manager is responsible for all logistics support operations in support of a LOGCAP IV task order in Southern Afghanistan. The Warehouse Manager will have responsibility for consolidated warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring proper personnel and assets are in place to support specific SOW requirements and coordinating with the Contractor Support Office and the subcontracted warehouse operations manager to ensure the accurate receipt/storage of and fluid, flexible distribution of Army property, equipment and supplies. The Warehouse Manager will ensure all items are received and issued with and through DynMRO. Principal Accountabilities: Knowledge & Skills: Physical Requirements: Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions. Experience: Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of Army logistics related knowledge and/or training. Experience must include at least two (2) years of OCONUS or management work. Skill and knowledge of asset management, ground transportation, and distribution administration are required. Cargo documentation and logistical movement control experience. Past supervisory experience in freight customs, receipt, storage and issue, Experience in an OCONUS Army environment is desired. A former Army Quartermaster Corps E-7 through E9 or 920B CW2-3 with SARSS experience or a Logistics Supervisor with LOGCAP III Warehouse Management experience is a plus.
