Position Description
: Receives, stores, inspects, test, transports, and maintains U.S. Air Force (USAF) Munitions, Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE), and supporting resources as applicable to the Site. Operates Combat Ammunition System (CAS). Supervises Asian/LN Munitions Workforce. Responsible for quality assurance and established processes as part of the ISO 9002 Program.
Required Skills
Minimum four years experience on Military Munitions; combined experience on USAF inspection procedures, storage, maintenance of munitions and MMHE. Knowledgeable of the USAF Supply and Tech Order systems. Computer literate. Meet USAF Munitions Inspector prerequisites IAW 11A-1-10 and AFI 21-201; at least 2 years experience as USAF Munitions Inspector, to include graduate of formal training course, and award of Special Experience Identifier (SEI) Code 836. Normal color perception and depth of vision. Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting 50 lbs and perform extensive work using handling/lifting equipment. No record of emotional instability. A valid US, UK, Qatar or Oman driver's license.
