| Position Description |
Develops, implements, and administers financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent.
Experience Required: 8-10 years of related experience.
Principal Responsibilities of the Classification
Performs many of the following responsibilities: A. Manages employment, training, motivation and discipline of finance employees involved in program management and analysis. B. Develops program related financial data. C. Administers the cost accounting and financial management systems D. Develops financial management data reflecting financial condition and operating results E. Prepares financial reports in accordance with DI LLC policy, procedures and compliant with applicable government regulations. F. Perform other duties as assigned. G. Timely submittal of weekly SITREPS

| Required Skills |
A. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices including DynCorp’s disclosed accounting practices. B. Experience in cost controls, including development of Estimates at Completion (EACs) for various contract types (FFP, CR, T&M;, etc.) C. Excellent communication and people skills. D. Ability to articulate and discuss with client in country the various financial aspects of the CIVPOL contract/structure (i.e. payment terms, FFP invoice schedule, etc.) E. Ability to communicate fluently in the English language F. May be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances, including extreme weather conditions and rudimentary infrastructure. G. Knowledge of various computer applications such as Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) H. Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related federal and state legislation and regulations
