Contracts Clerk Senior Summary of Classification: Provides administrative and clerical duties for Contracts Administration support of contracts assigned to DynCorp International LLC. Principle Responsibilities of the Classification: Performs many of the following responsibilities: A. Perform day to day administrative duties such as typing, mailing, filing, faxing, and distribution of correspondence as established by the guidelines. B. Researches information on new government regulations. C. Create and maintain files in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). D. Copy and distribute of various reports and documentation. E. Track and report status of invoices assigned to department. F. Track and report funds obligated versus expended. G. Researches information on new government regulations. H. Maintain database to ensure insurance certificates, option periods, funding modifications and notification under contract remaining current. I. Notify Contract Administrator in anticipation of action due dates for department. J. Perform other duties as assigned.

| Required Skills |
Education Required: High school education plus some formal training. Experience Required: Two (2) year experience in business office. Prefer office experience in support for contract administration of Government contracts. Special Knowledge/Skills Required: A. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (ex: Excel, Word, Access). B. Strong organizational skills. C. Type a minimum of 40 words per minute D. Operate office machines (ex. fax machine, copier, etc.). E. Ability to read and comprehend normal contract documents and understand contract format and forms. F. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations preferred.
