| Position Description |
Linguist Recruiters needed for Contractor (possible Contractor to Full Time) positions to
support the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
This program currently is heavily engaged in providing the U.S. Government with Foreign Language and technology experts for intelligence analysts critical to prosecuting America's war on terrorism. The program supports Translators and Interpreters throughout the U.S. Armed Forces in the Middle East for the US Army (Intel Core) and the US government.
Responsibilities:
Identify, source and recruit linguist candidates in support of the INSCOM linguist support contract and the INSCOM contract. Perform screening in accordance with INSCOM guidelines. Perform initial evaluation of linguist candidates Arabic and English language skills. Participate in job fairs nationwide and search out possible advertising and recruiting sources. Prepare candidates for SF-86 processing and Counter Intelligence screening. Market and plan job fairs to recruit candidates.

| Required Skills |
Minimally looking for 3 years experience in recruiting and sourcing of candidates. Preferable to have experience in recruiting translators, interpreters or government personnel. Any Arabic language skills a big plus.
