| Position Description |
Responsible for the complete financial accounting function through the audited financial statements. Maintains accounting records that fully comply with internationally accepted standards and procedures. Prepares a full set of accounts. Ensures that statutory returns are in accordance with local tax legislation. Responsible for the DynCorp treasury function and cash management. Responsible for coordinating and interfacing with auditors answering queries, providing documentation as necessary, providing written response, and analyses. Lead responsibility for filing local taxes, drafting tax strategy, timing the tax payments, and answering verbal or in writing the questions from the office of taxation.

| Required Skills |
B.S. Degree in Finance or Accounting CPA/Masters Degree preferred. Ten years related experience with at least five years in a management capacity. Knowledge of Cost Accounting Principles/Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and US Government Contracts with directly related experience with O&M; cost plus award fee contract. Must have experience in automated accounting systems and be able to act with complete independence in the Program Manager’s absence.
