LG4 HR Generalist, Sr.-

Perform a variety of administrative Human Resources (HR) functions for assigned program including hiring, recruiting, training, organizational development, communication, performance management, coaching, employee relations, team building, salary and benefits.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Routine HR support services
  • Assist and conduct hiring and orientation programs
  • Assist with coordination of HR functional tasks for transitions
  • Provide guidance to various levels of employees regarding company policies and procedures for assigned Human Resources function.
  • Follow established guidelines in performing routine day to day tasks
  • Copy and distribute various reports and documentation
  • Compile and summarize responses to questionnaires, surveys or other information from assigned departments
  • Input data in Human Resources Information System as directed by authorized persons
  • Create and maintain Human Resources files in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Train appropriate employees on assigned HR function and monitor post-training for accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned

    Knowledge & Skills:

  • Work experience in an international location preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of human resources laws, regulations and administration that pertain to HR function
  • Hands on knowledge for HR function assigned to specific position, i.e., benefit claim processing, recruitment, training and development.
  • Professional Human Resources certification preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
    Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
    Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.

    Experience:

    Typically four (4) years experience in Human Resources environment.

    Education:

    Bachelor�s degree in an associated discipline. Two (2) years of experience in human resources or related field may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college.
