Position Description
Candidates should be former Drill Instructors trained by either the U.S. Army or Marine Corps with experience in an overseas theater of operation. Must be in good physical condition and present an impeccable military appearance. Be capable of planning, organizing and directing initial military training in all basic soldier skills. Must be able to participate and lead physical training in accordance with Army Physical Fitness Standards. Will be qualified to determine what training facilities, space, equipment, visual aids and supplies are necessary to support all initial training requirements while monitoring the training program to ensure effective use of all assets. Must “Lead By Example” in all training scenario’s, being able to evaluate training activities, personnel performance and training facilities. Conduct periodic assessments of trainee’s to determine proper wear and maintenance of the uniform, health and welfare of trainee living areas, physical health of trainees to participate in training events and assists training units in correcting training deficiencies.

Required Skills
Experienced in military terminology, able to translate field notes into easily read document. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Project required. Able to operate in an austere environment. Able to work with foreign nationals and communicate effectively.
