| Position Description |
-Monitor and maintain servers relating to business, internal file and mall servers. This includes applying both operating system and application maintenance as required.
-Reviewing all of our field sites daily for issues. These may include downed servers, broken content or other such issues as they pertain to the Internet/emails.
-Create and maintain required databases for tracking and monitoring both our internal and external server utilization and other monitoring reports as required.
-Assist with the creation of interface programs between our I-series billing platform and our other various server platforms.
Desirable candidates will have experience in some or all of the following applications:
A. Strong understanding and utilizes Industry Standard Operating Systems.
B. Comprehension of network hardware/software and authentication for LAN, WAN and Virtual Private Network.
C. Comprehensive knowledge of Server 2003, Exchange Server, and SQL Server.
D. Current on the latest technological advances within industry.
