DynCorp International is in the process of putting together a proposal to support the United States Marine Corps Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) at Blount Island. This massive job involves unloading ships, performing preventative and corrective maintenance on thousands of pieces of equipment, inventorying and restocking supplies and reloading of ships. APP Mission
  • To assist the Afghan National Police (ANG) in the establishment of a law enforcement infrastructure.

PEF Mission
  • To assist the Afghan Ministry of Interior (MOI) in the destruction of illegal opium poppy cultivation (by manual means). This is complicated by the fact that opium is the primary cash crop in this region.

Contract Terms
  • Length of contract: One year (w/option to renew)

Civilian Police (CIVPOL) Afghanistan
DI has supported the U.S. State Department’s International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Bureau’s international civilian police program since 1994. We recruit, hire, train, deploy, and sustain qualified law enforcement officers, and other specialists, to serve in civilian peacekeeping missions overseas and support post-conflict resolution. DI maintains a program management office in Falls Church and Fort Worth. The Afghanistan Civilian Advisor Support (ICAS) mission is to train and support the Afghan National Police force. DI provides mentoring and logistical support, maintains a Family Response Unit, and manages an Identification Card Unit. We also procure equipment for foreign police and provide construction services. DI supports poppy eradication operations at multiple forward operating bases in Afghanistan. We provide program management, uniforms and equipment, transportation, and training for PEF personnel, and we train, advise, and mentor the Afghanistan National Police in eradicating illicit poppy growth. We conduct aerial and ground reconnaissance, and help eradicate poppies by mechanical and manual means. The PEF task order was originally awarded in April 2004.

Contract Field Teams (CFT)
Contract Field Teams (CFT) is a U.S. Air Force ID/IQ contract that provides temporary and long-term support for aircraft technical service. CFT is administered by the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center at Tinker Air Force Base. All branches of the military as well as some civilian agencies are eligible to use the contract vehicle. DI has held this contract since its inception in 1951, making it one of the longest continuous incumbencies in government contracting. This is an ID/IQ contract, and DI today is one of five service providers. We provide maintenance, modification, repair, and logistics support for aircraft, weapons systems, and support equipment for all branches of the military and other agencies. The CFT mission includes modification, organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level maintenance and major overhaul of airframes, engines, transmissions, avionics, radio, electrical, and hydraulic components on all types of military aircraft and equipment. DI CFT teams work at more than 50 locations globally.

General Maintenance Corps (GMC)
DynCorp International provides depot-level maintenance, supply-chain management, information technology services, maintenance training, facilities management, and commercialization for its fleet of 17,000 ground vehicles. The contract is under the authority of the UAE Land Forces' General Maintenance Cooperation (GMC) . UAE Armed Forces' General Headquarters has designated Al Taif Technical Services (ATTS), a subsidiary of the Mubadala Development Company, as the prime contractor for these services. Jalalabad Garrison - Phase I

Qatar Base Security Services (BSS)
Mission
    Provide armed security for the US Army Central Command (ARCENT). Guarding pre-position war material for ARCENT, USCENTCOM, SOCCENT, and ISG. Duties include gate entry, roving patrols, perimeter and towers. US Guards will be armed with a M16 riffle and a 9mm pistol.

Benefits
  • End of Contract Gratuity: $3,900.00
  • Daily per diem: Paid every 2 weeks, no per diem if you are on vacation, leave without pay or TDY. Per Diem rate is currently $25.00 per day

Weapons Removal and Abatement (WRA)
The U. S. Department of State’s Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement has awarded DynCorp International LLC task orders to clear land mines and unexploded ordnance (UXO) and destroy light weapons in Cambodia, Afghanistan and Honduras that are excess to those country’s needs. This work supports the Department of State’s Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement, which participates in the multi-agency U.S. Humanitarian Mine Action Program. DynCorp International will work with this Office in collaboration with the governments of Cambodia and Honduras. DynCorp International has an ongoing weapons removal task order in Afghanistan with the Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement as well.
